Who can order at myGaze store?

The myGaze store is a business to business (B2B) store. This means the purchaser shall be an entrepreneur, a legal person constituted under public law or a public sector funding company.

How can I pay?

The myGaze store accepts credit cards, Paypal and Prepayments (via invoice). Note that when you select Prepayment as your payment option, we will process and ship your order only after the transfer to our account has been completed. We do not accept cheques/checks.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to ship orders within 5 working days from receipt of payment. During busy periods, this may take longer.

Do you have any return policy?

If you qualify for a return, you would need to provide the Return of Material Authorization (RMA) number together with your return request via http://www.mygaze.com/support/contact/

If you purchased a myGaze Assistive product via a Reseller, please contact the reseller representative regarding their return policy.

Can I pick up an article by myself?

No. We are a webshop.

Is there a warranty for the products and how long?

For the hardware the warranty time is two years. See our Terms & Conditions.
